Outdoor Projects
- Main pool is 40' X 30' (internal) with 1' wide concrete coping
- A new wall is added to the left of the pool area above starting at the house
- There is a 3' wide basin along the right and bottom edge of the pool to catch waterfall feature runoff
- This basin widens to wading pool area to the left of the main pool (20' x 20')
- Another waterfall feature overflows from the left side of the main pool into the wading pool
- Steps lead down to the wading pool
- A water wall feature is added to the new wall to the left of the wading pool
- Patio area just off of home is gray, rock salt textured concrete
- A sunken conversation area with a fire pit is off the patio in the center of the pool (CON in diagram above)
- On each side of this conversation area are two beach areas (10' x 13') which are 1' under water
- The beaches have three bubbler water features (B in diagram above)
- The beach surface is a gray flagstone masonry
- Three barstools in the pool just behind the conversation area
- Four water spout features are on the wall behind the conversation area and straddle the barstools (WS in diagram above)
- Two fire pit/fountains are at each top corner of the main pool and spill into the catch basin (FPF in diagram above)
- An 8' x 8' (internal) spa is to the right of the house; the spa is 18" above the patio
- Pool bottom is 4'-6' in depth on a slope
- Pool tile is 1' X 1' black and gray glossy glass mosaic tile
